STAT Dispatch was started by Shamera Tillman who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a background in Quality Assurance. She was intrigued by complex systems and their ability to function efficiently. Shamera was greatly inspired by family and friends, who were active and very pleased with their careers in the transportation industry. Utilizing her skills, her primary goal is to provide quality services to the backbone of our economy, our drivers.
